Bokator combines shin-kicks, elbow strikes, knee strikes and submissions. Bokator has been an integral part of Cambodian culture for many centuries. Its proponents wear uniforms reminiscent of ancient Khmer armies. They bind the biceps with Sangvarday string, believed that it will enhance their strength.

Muay Thai Boran
